9. Refund Policy

Refund Policy (All deadlines are calculated from the day after the registration date, based on KST)

  • Up to the 3rd day from the registration date: Full refund
  • From the 4th to the 5th day from the registration date: 80% refund of the payment amount
  • From the 6th to the 7th day from the registration date: 50% refund of the payment amount
  • From the 8th day onward or upon accessing online course content: Non-refundable

Due to the nature of products containing digital content, once the content has been provided (e.g., video streaming has started), the right to withdraw from the purchase may be restricted under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

This refund policy will be explained during the orientation and is deemed accepted once you complete the registration process.

디지털 콘텐츠가 포함된 상품 특성상, 영상 시청 등 콘텐츠 제공이 개시된 경우 전자상거래법에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

또한, 본 환불 정책은 오리엔테이션에서 안내되며, 등록 단계에서 해당 환불 규정에 동의하신 것으로 간주합니다.
